To request a return or replacement, please read through the information below and then contact our support team with your order details.
Because all SARANADE pieces are made to order, any returns sent to us without prior approval will not be processed.
You will receive an email once your request has been approved or declined in line with our returns policy, along with the next steps.
What is your returns policy?
Because SARANADE items are made to order, we are only able to accept returns in the following situations:
We accept returns for:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are defective

Items that are misprinted

Incorrect items received
A request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue and your order number.
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected

Personal preference

Orders placed in the wrong color/style

Used or worn items

Items without original tags

Gift cards

Free gifts or promotional items
Clothing
Clothing must be returned only if it arrived defective or incorrect.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with all labels attached.
Full Set / Bundle Purchases
If an item was part of a set or bundle, the entire set must be returned.
Individual pieces cannot be returned separately.
Non-SARANADE Purchases
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website.
Any items purchased through third-party sellers must be returned to the original retailer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that appears faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support with:

Are there any charges for returns?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?
