SARANADE is a music-driven fashion house and creative brand founded by Sarah Gibson, created to celebrate individuality, storytelling, and intentional luxury.
Are SARANADE pieces made to order?
Yes. Each piece is made individually after purchase to reduce waste and support intentional production. This also means production begins shortly after your order is placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping.
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 10–28 business days
Timelines may vary during holidays, launch periods, or high volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. SARANADE ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact support.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the size chart before purchasing. If you need guidance, contact support before placing your order. Since items are made to order, size-based returns cannot be accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other standard Shopify-supported payment options are accepted at checkout.
Where are items produced?
Orders are fulfilled through trusted production partners who specialize in high-quality apparel manufacturing and finishing, ensuring consistency and craftsmanship.
How do I care for my SARANADE pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and garment label. To maintain longevity, we recommend washing on cold, air drying, and avoiding harsh detergents or high heat.
